Summary

Promo Desk does not collect any data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Your files, product text and folder paths stay on your Mac. We run no server that receives them.

What stays on your Mac

This data is stored only in Promo Desk's own folder on your Mac. Deleting the app and that folder deletes it. Export Settings creates a file only where you choose to save it.

Network

Promo Desk connects to the internet only when you ask it to:

Sync Knowledge downloads a public repository from GitHub (github.com). Nothing about you or your files is sent; GitHub sees an ordinary download request, under GitHub's privacy statement.
Buttons that open a store or a social network open the page in your default browser. What happens there is between you and that website.

Claude panel (optional)

If you use the Claude panel, Promo Desk starts the Claude Code program installed on your Mac, signed in with your own Anthropic account. The request you type and the product files Claude Code reads are sent to Anthropic by Claude Code, under Anthropic's privacy policy and your account settings. Promo Desk itself does not receive or store them. If you never open the Claude panel, nothing is sent.

Purchases

When Promo Desk is on the Mac App Store, the purchase is processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Children

Promo Desk is a tool for developers. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
