Quitting apps and cleaning
RAM Rescue only quits processes you choose, or ones matched by rules you set up (Guard, idle rules, meeting mode). Apps that are quit may lose unsaved work if they don't save on quit — save first. Clean moves cache folders to the Trash; emptying the Trash is permanent and outside RAM Rescue's control. RAM Rescue never quits macOS system processes and never touches cookies, browsing history, passwords or your own files.
