Redliner

Redliner is a Mac app that shows every change between two versions of a contract, quote or policy. Drop the original and the revised file — PDF, Word, RTF or plain text, scanned PDFs included — and every added, removed and changed word is highlighted side by side and listed one by one.

Comparison happens entirely on your Mac. Redliner has no network access and uploads nothing.
