Which files can I compare?

PDF (including scanned PDFs), Word (.docx, .doc), RTF and plain text. The two files do not need to be the same format.

Why do I only see the first 3 pages?

The free version compares the first 3 pages of each file. Redliner Pro compares whole documents.

How do I restore Redliner Pro?

Open Redliner → Settings → Restore Purchase, or click Restore Purchase on the purchase sheet. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

A change is marked "Scan". What does that mean?

That change was found on a scanned page, read with on-device text recognition. Please check it against the page.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Redliner has no network access. Your documents never leave your Mac.

Refunds?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
