For kids 4–9 · and the grown-up next to them
Draw animals for Kids reads every step out loud and draws the new lines in orange, so children copy them on real paper, a few lines at a time.

Real app, no edits
Recorded on an Android phone: pick the cat, five spoken steps, three stars.
Sound familiar?
Most how-to-draw apps write the steps out. A four-year-old cannot read them, so a grown-up ends up reading every line.
A whole animal at once is too much. Small steps, a few lines at a time, are what makes a child say “I did it”.
Most drawing apps keep kids on the screen. We would rather the pencil and paper do the work.
Ads that pop up in the middle of a drawing, or a buy button a child can tap by mistake.
How it works
Tap a card in the library. The animal of the week is free for everyone.
Each step is read out loud and the new lines are drawn in orange, a few at a time. Copy them on paper, tap Again to watch once more, then Next.
Snap a photo of the paper drawing into the Art Book. With Pro, color it on screen too.
What's inside

Read out loud
A friendly voice reads each step, and the speaker button says it again. No reading needed, from 4 years old.

Orange = new
Old lines stay dark, the new ones are drawn in orange like a pencil moving. Four or five steps per animal.

Art Book
When the stars pop up, snap a photo of the paper drawing. It goes into the child's own Art Book, on the device only.

Pro
Faint guide lines, 8 crayon colors, 3 brush sizes, an eraser and undo. Save the picture to the Art Book.
Short videos
Both recorded from the real app.
For the grown-ups
Buying, settings and deleting a drawing sit behind a question only an adult can answer, like “What is six times four?”.
