Frequently asked questions

How do we draw a lesson? Pick an animal, then follow one new line at a time on paper. Tap Again to hear the step again and Next for the next line.

What is the grown-ups-only gate? A quick math question in words. It keeps purchases, settings and outside links away from little fingers.

How do we restore Pro on a new phone? Open the app → gear button → answer the grown-ups question → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Google account you bought with.

How do we cancel the subscription? Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Draw animals for Kids → Cancel.

Can we get a refund? Refunds are handled by Google Play. See Google Play refund help.

Does the app work offline? Yes. Lessons already in the app work without internet. New weekly lessons download when you are online.

Where are our drawings saved? Only on this device, in the app's Art Book. Deleting the app deletes them.

Why are there ads? Ads keep the free version free. They are child-safe, never personalized and never during a lesson. Pro removes all ads.
