Privacy Policy

Parcel Pivot: Box Puzzle · Effective 26 September 2026

Parcel Pivot is a single-player puzzle game made by Virgo Studio. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play it. The short version: there are no accounts and no ads. If you say yes, the game sends anonymous play statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase. Optional purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never sell any data.

Information we collect

Nothing, unless you agree to share play stats. The first time you open the game it asks “Share play stats?”. Nothing is sent until you tap SHARE, and you can turn it off any time under Settings → Share play stats.

If you agree, the game uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) to learn which levels players finish or get stuck on, so the puzzles can be improved. It sends:

A random app-instance ID created by Firebase	To count players without knowing who they are
Approximate location (country / region), which Google works out from your IP address	To see where the game is played
Basic device and app information (model, OS version, app version) and session length	To find problems on particular devices
Purchase events that Firebase may record automatically	To count purchases (no payment details)

This data is not linked to your name, email or any account, and is not used for advertising or tracking.
The game does not ask for permission to track you across other apps (App Tracking Transparency) and does not read the device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

In-app purchases

The game offers two optional one-time purchases: Unlimited Hints and Box Styles. There are no subscriptions. Payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We never see or receive your name, email, card or other payment details. The game only keeps a note on your device of which items you have bought, and you can get them back with RESTORE in the shop or in Settings.

These files are stored only on your own device and never leave it. Deleting the app deletes them.

Advertising

The game shows no ads of any kind.

Children

The game is rated 4+ but is not directed at children and is not in the App Store's Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
