I cleaned something by mistake. Can I get it back? Yes. Open History in Sweepy and click Undo on that cleanup — every file goes back to where it was. Sweepy never deletes files directly; they are in the macOS Trash, so Finder's Put Back works too, until you empty the Trash.

Which files does Sweepy look at? Only the folders you choose. Sweepy is sandboxed by macOS and cannot open anything else.

Sweepy says it lost access to a folder. Click Allow Again on the banner and pick the same folder. This can happen after the folder is renamed or moved.

Does Sweepy ever clean on its own? No. Files move only when you click Clean or Sort.

How long can I undo a cleanup? 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro. After that the History entry is removed, but the files are still in the Trash until you empty it — Finder's Put Back still works.

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new Mac? Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Sweepy → Settings (⌘,) → Plan → Restore Purchase.

Refunds? Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
