Summary

Your health log never leaves your iPhone. Dose Log has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your medication, doses, injection sites, notes and weight are stored only on your device. There are no outside services: the optional Pro subscription is sold and managed by Apple through the App Store.

What stays on your iPhone

Deleting a dose or weigh-in deletes it. Deleting the app deletes everything. If you use iPhone backups (iCloud or computer), this data is included in your backup by Apple like any other app data.

Subscriptions (Apple)

Pro is an App Store subscription. Prices, payment, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The app only asks Apple, on your iPhone, whether your subscription is active. We never see your name, Apple ID, email or payment details, and no health data is involved.

Permissions

Sharing

CSV exports and PDF reports go only where you send them with the iOS share sheet. Dose Log does not send them anywhere on its own.

Children

Dose Log is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
