Dose Log from the App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Not medical advice

Dose Log is a personal log. It does not give medical advice. Follow your prescriber's instructions. Dose Log does not suggest doses, diagnose or treat anything. Reminders can be late or missed (for example if notifications are turned off), so do not rely on them alone.

Dose Log Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99 per month or $24.99 per year (US prices; local prices are shown in the app).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Logging, reminders and CSV export stay free, with or without Pro.

Your data

Your log is yours and stays on your iPhone. Export it to CSV at any time.

Warranty

Dose Log is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or other damages.
