Where are my videos?
Internal storage › Movies › TapRec. They show in Gallery (Albums › TapRec) and My Files. Uninstalling TapRec does not delete them.

No sound from a game or video app?
Some apps block other apps from recording their sound (calls, banking, some games and streaming apps). Choose Microphone in Settings to record what plays through the speaker instead.

The floating button disappeared.
Open TapRec once and it comes back. On Samsung, set TapRec's battery to Unrestricted (Settings › Apps › TapRec › Battery).

I bought Pro but it is not unlocked.
Open TapRec Pro and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the Google account you bought with.

Send to computer does not open on my computer.
Phone and computer must be on the same Wi‑Fi (guest networks often block devices from seeing each other), or connect the computer to the phone's hotspot. Type the link exactly as shown, keep the Send screen open, and try again.
