ChatGPT Bulk Prompts — Privacy Policy

This extension sends a list of prompts to ChatGPT one after another in the tab you have open, collects the answers, and exports them to a Word, PDF or text file on your computer. It has no servers of its own, no account with us, and no analytics, tracking or advertising code. We never receive your prompts, your answers, or your files.
1. What We Store
Everything the extension keeps is in your own browser. None of it is sent to us.

Exported files are created in your browser and saved straight to your Downloads folder. No copy is uploaded anywhere.
2. What the Extension Does on ChatGPT
On chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com only, and only after you press Start, the extension types each prompt into the ChatGPT message box, presses send, waits for the answer to finish, and reads that answer from the page. It does not read your other conversations, your account details, or any other website. Your use of ChatGPT itself is covered by OpenAI's privacy policy.
3. Third-Party Services
AI Cleanup (optional, off by default). If you paste your own API key and turn this on, the answer text you ask it to clean — and nothing else — is sent directly from your browser to the provider you chose: OpenAI (api.openai.com) or Google Gemini (generativelanguage.googleapis.com), using your key. It does not pass through any server of ours. That request is covered by the provider's own privacy policy and billed to your own account with them.
Payments. Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. When you buy, you pay on Lemon Squeezy's checkout page; we never see your card details. Your license key is checked inside the extension and is not sent anywhere. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
There is no analytics service, no error reporting, and no advertising network.
4. Permissions
storage— saves the items listed in section 1.tabs— finds your ChatGPT tab to send prompts to, and opens ChatGPT or the checkout page in a new tab when you click those buttons.sidePanel— shows the extension in Chrome's side panel next to ChatGPT.- Access to chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com — needed to type prompts and read answers, as described in section 2. The extension has no access to any other site.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
All data lives in your browser. Clearing your prompt list in the side panel removes your prompts and answers; uninstalling the extension removes everything. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete and nothing for us to hand over.
6. Children's Privacy
The extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. It collects no personal data from anyone.
7. Changes to This Policy
If a future version changes what the extension stores, or sends data anywhere new, this page will be updated with a new date before that version ships, and the change will be called out in the release notes.
