OneClickTool Mobile App — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how OneClickTool ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OneClickTool mobile application (the "App") distributed through the Google Play Store. It is written to comply with the Google Play User Data policy and applicable data-protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

The App is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. The categories below reflect the same disclosures we provide in the Google Play Data Safety form.

2.1 Data you provide directly

  • Email address — only when you contact support. Used to reply to your request. Not linked to any in-app account because the App does not require sign-in.
  • Support messages — the content you write when emailing us or submitting feedback inside the App.
  • Optional name — only if you choose to include it in a support message.

2.2 Data collected automatically

  • Device & app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and country/region. Used for compatibility and debugging.
  • Crash logs & diagnostics: stack traces and non-personal device state at the moment of a crash, collected via Firebase Crashlytics. Used solely to fix bugs.
  • Anonymous usage analytics: screens viewed, features used, session duration, and aggregate retention metrics, collected via Firebase Analytics. IP addresses are truncated/anonymized.

2.3 Data we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, photos, or files.
  • We do not collect precise or approximate location.
  • We do not collect microphone or camera data.
  • We do not collect financial, health, or government-ID information.
  • We do not require an account, password, or social-network login.
  • The tools you use inside the App process input on your device; the content you paste, type, or convert is not transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Data

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
  • To diagnose crashes and fix technical issues.
  • To understand which features are popular (in aggregate) so we can improve them.
  • To respond to your support requests and feedback.
  • To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

We do not use personal data for advertising profiling, do not sell personal information, and do not share data with data brokers.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — for crash diagnostics, security, and aggregate analytics.
  • Consent — where required by local law for analytics; you can withdraw at any time in the App settings.
  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the App functionality you request.

We share data only in the limited circumstances below:

  • With the service providers listed in Section 5, strictly to operate the App.
  • When required by valid legal process, court order, or applicable law.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice).

We never sell personal information.

7. Data Security

We use TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit and rely on Google's infrastructure for processing crash and analytics data. While no system is 100% secure, we apply commercially reasonable safeguards proportional to the limited data we handle.

8. Data Retention

  • Crash reports: retained up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Anonymous analytics: retained up to 14 months, then aggregated or deleted.
  • Support emails: retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.

The third-party services we use may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — which we do not do.

To exercise any right, email privacy@oneclicktool.app. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. How to Delete Your Data

Because the App does not require an account, deleting the App from your device removes all on-device data. To request deletion of any data held by our third-party processors (analytics, crash logs, support emails), email privacy@oneclicktool.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Permissions Requested by the App

  • Internet — to load remote content and send anonymous analytics/crash reports.
  • Network state — to detect connectivity for offline-capable tools.

The App does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permission.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
